The ancillary directory supplement/ contains portable source, frozen expected outputs, and a one-command driver:
cd supplement
./run_all.shThe driver compiles every C++ search, executes the Python motif, higher-family, matroid, and weighted-resource checks, and compares all generated outputs byte for byte with the frozen records. The supplement README gives the individual commands and the role of every program. A SHA-256 manifest covers every included source and expected-output file.

All theorem statements are labeled by proof type in the body. The universal ring-valued atom, Schreier-holonomy interpretation, regular-matroid identification, interval-tree family, bounded, weighted, and microscopic resource theorems, algebraic-rarity bounds, block additivity, recursive lift, tensor rule, stable tensor limit, and asymptotic amplification are proved symbolically. The first-threshold classification, finite censuses, and exact ambient values in dimensions seven through nine are computer assisted, with complete search-space coverage justified in Section 9.13.

The source archive accompanying this paper contains the complete LaTeX source, all vector figures, every C++ and Python verification program, frozen expected outputs, and SHA-256 manifests. The command
cd supplement
./run_all.shrebuilds the finite searches and symbolic audits and compares every output byte for byte with its frozen record. No randomized or floating-point decision enters a theorem certificate.
