19 Conclusion

The transfer-semigroup realization gives one common operator language to several subjects that are often presented separately. Markov propagation is linear transfer of a probability seed. Conditional expectation is stochastic projection. Bayesian conditioning is normalized nonlinear transfer, and its exact finite coarsening law is now characterized by packetwise likelihood sufficiency. Fractional calculus is spectral packet reweighting, and bounded positive refinement defects now transfer to fractional powers and fractional semigroups by explicit resolvent and Duhamel estimates. A Green operator reconstructs a field from source packets. Feynman–Kac propagation adds path weights to stochastic transfer. Schur–Feshbach elimination shows that hidden packets are not destroyed; they return through self-energy and memory. Survival and hazard are scalar reconstructions of a transient semigroup.

The central structural identity is

\[ \boxed{ \text{generator defect} \longrightarrow \text{Duhamel semigroup defect} \longrightarrow \text{controlled refinement error}. } \]

Together with exact packet reconstruction, this makes the semigroup paper the natural bridge from the foundational calculus to the quantum, computational, and arithmetic realizations that follow.
