Abstract
Let \(K\) be a nonarchimedean local field. We resolve several finite layers that occur inside the local Langlands correspondence for general linear groups. Frobenius semisimple Weil Deligne parameters first split into irreducible Weil atoms and finite monodromy chains. In the tame case, character projectors show that every irreducible atom is one transitive Frobenius orbit, and Mackey theory gives an exact greatest common divisor and least common multiple rule for tensor packets. Regular finite field characters produce primitive cuspidal projectors and finite Gauss phases. For wild data, projective intertwiners recover an alternating commutator form. Its radical free quotient determines a finite Heisenberg representation, and maximal isotropic averaging gives an exact selector. We prove a restricted one break bridge: an equivariant symplectic isometry between a declared Galois envelope and a type side quotient induces the Heisenberg comparison uniquely up to scalar, while one cyclic phase condition removes the remaining ambiguity. Odd residue characteristic is governed by finite Weil phases. Residue characteristic two requires a quadratic refinement and its Arf invariant. A matrix holonomy theorem then gives the exact gluing criterion on a finite transport graph. The general arithmetic packet realization is stated as Conjecture 66. Detailed ordinary proofs give restricted arithmetic realizations in all odd prime-power ranks and in all dyadic ranks for the stated increasing-break families. The complete comparison of pair local factors remains a conditional input for the same arithmetic candidate.
