  • Actual totally ramified parameter fields, literal defining sequences, full simple characters, and covered central completions exist throughout the stated odd-prime and dyadic families.

  • Under the one-vertex, \(C=1\), supplied full-character scalar-pushout contract, the whole marked packet has an actual arithmetic assembly carrier and same-candidate recovery.

  • In the dyadic low ranks, the actual enlarged carriers restore capacity without changing the original maximal-simple quotient.

  • Genuine scalar inertia phases have the separately stated finite-cover descent result.

The remaining general obligations include nontrivial prescribed symplectic stabilizer actions on a common arithmetic candidate, general sources and transport diagrams, comparison with independently fixed canonical native markings, and numerical layer placement when the declared contract requires it.

Scope

The constructions are substantial restricted realization theorems. Their scopes do not close universal Conjecture 66, and their profile identities do not prove H5.

Source and conversion record

This edition preserves all 47 lessons, the opening orientation and both route sections. Figures are rendered from retained vector PDFs. Descriptions and recorded-data tables are reading aids. No mathematical generator, TeX build, proof audit or Lean replay was run for this conversion.
