Evidence and limitations

The main chapters develop entire existence, nonrescaling, arithmetic non-D-finiteness, one-prime transport and base orbit convergence. Appendices A–J supply the extended arguments. The preserved foundational review records cover Appendices A–E and their exact API. The coupled-family records cover the proofs, resolution certificates and exact APIs underlying Appendices F–J. These are project review records, not claims of external peer review or kernel certification.

Classical external leaves are named explicitly. In particular, ordinary orthogonal-polynomial theory, Hadamard factorization, Laplace uniqueness, and spectral Mellin regularization are established machinery. The local proofs verify their application and do not presume historical novelty.
