Retained checkpoint discussion.

The smooth formal-model classification, its finite point count, its integral digit streams, and its rational seed zeta identity are now checked in Lean. The actual representing-ring algebra isomorphism remains a supplied hypothesis; neither smoothness nor Galois representability is inferred from numerical counts. All local maps are included in the classification, and locality and actual maximal-ideal-adic continuity are separately proved. Arbitrary choices of parameter representatives do not add phantom maps.

The cumulative ledger contains seventeen checked source proof claims and three partial claims, with no untouched proof claims. Block 27 removes the finite-number-field restriction and Frobenius-choice attachment gaps, while general prescribed-conjugacy prime coverage remains unproved. Exact finite occupancy is checked. Claims 8.2 and 11.2 are complete at their conditional source scope, with arithmetic application premises still unproved in general. Claim 11.2 retains every residual level, every higher depth, and every required supplied packet; it does not prove their nonemptiness or positive trace unconditionally. Claims 9.1, 9.2, and 11.1 retain the gaps recorded in the current ledger. Block 25 proves the general system-to-member bridge under overlap density and the full finite cyclotomic arithmetic separation case, with actual unramified Frobenius primes supplied. General absolute-Galois Frobenius coverage remains unfinished. Blocks 21–22 identify one actual quadratic arithmetic packet with its coordinate-ring points and prove its conditional finite-depth completion with actual simultaneous local-triviality conditions. The p-adic criterion is proved at every arithmetic prime. The packet characters are trivial on actual valuation inertia at odd primes; identification of its decomposition group with the full local Galois group remains open here, and ramification at two is not proved. These results do not identify every packet in the common arithmetic spine or attach Hodge–Tate and Weil–Deligne invariants. General nilpotent logarithmic recovery remains checked under its stated sample hypotheses. Universal occupancy and natural finite seed rank remain conjectures. The original companion package has not been rerun. The release provides separate exact checks and cumulative compiler evidence. No new PDF was typeset.
