Part VII gives exact continuum certificates for deterministic uncertainty families. The worked repaired model is internally valid at every finite horizon, but its original comparison bound becomes trivial at horizon eight. Part VIII reduces that fixed repair and separately constructs a statistically covered domain for a supplied observable family. Its confidence statement is not transferred to the earlier repaired operators.
