11 This is the completed internal publication and reproducibility review of the
12 three-volume reader set. The predecessor already contained a proofreading
13 report. This closure verifies that report's source-preservation boundary,
14 reruns the portable checks, rebuilds the PDFs, and updates the delivery record.
15 No new theorem or stronger formal contract is introduced by this release.

23 All seven mathematical part files and all 258 editable mathematical markup
24 files match the predecessor. All 1,062 archived scientific source files remain
25 byte-identical. The 85 numbered manuscript records, 56 main proof bodies and
26 six complete substantive proof-supplement bodies are preserved. These counts
27 are not counts of independent discoveries.

29 A first PDF replay failed strict page-text equality for the Lean guide.
30 Sixteen pages had lines move across page breaks. The complete ordered body
31 text remained identical. The reflowed guide was reviewed and refrozen; a
32 second isolated build reproduced all three final PDFs byte for byte.
33 Traditional and visual-guide page images also match the predecessor exactly.
34 The initial failed report and the explanatory comparison are retained.

36 WHAT IS FRESH
37 All 12 bounded gates pass, including an actual 34-test pytest session and
38 43 unittest methods. The original 37,392-assertion suite, structured mirrors,
39 exact worked examples and negative controls pass. No counts are added across
40 overlapping tests. Publication checks verify nine PDF copies, 441 labels and
41 aliases, 230 companion locators and 372 internal links. All 252 pages were
42 rendered and reviewed on contact sheets, with 16 full-page close inspections.

44 FORMAL AND HARDWARE BOUNDARY
45 The accepted formal compilation is inherited from 6 September 2026. Its finite
46 register covers 56/56 items under their hypotheses, with 392 theorem declarations
47 in 40 modules and 66 separate construction audits. Four classical inputs remain
48 separate. No new Lean/Lake compilation, CUDA execution, GPU timing, external
49 peer review, or historical-novelty assessment is asserted.
50 General SVD existence, numerical QR/SVD verification and canonical API
51 identification are not supplied by the ordered-thin-SVD result. Historical
52 benchmark provenance remains incomplete. The three wider research targets
53 remain open: unrestricted discovery, nonlocal overlapping compilation, and
54 architecture-specific packet communication bounds.

65 Fonts are external build dependencies, not redistributed files. The builders
66 stage compatible locally installed fonts in temporary directories, check their
67 fingerprints, and download or install nothing. Read BUILD_AND_REPLAY.md.

69 No new license grant is introduced. This release updates Paper VIII only.
