The book edition date remains 9 October 2026. This is the completed internal publication and reproducibility review of the three-volume reader set. The predecessor already contained a proofreading report. This closure verifies that report's source-preservation boundary, reruns the portable checks, rebuilds the PDFs, and updates the delivery record. No new theorem or stronger formal contract is introduced by this release. All 1,062 archived scientific source files remain byte-identical. The 85 numbered manuscript records, 56 main proof bodies and six complete substantive proof-supplement bodies are preserved. These counts are not counts of independent discoveries. A first PDF replay failed strict page-text equality for the Lean guide. Sixteen pages had lines move across page breaks. The complete ordered body text remained identical. The reflowed guide was reviewed and refrozen; a second isolated build reproduced all three final PDFs byte for byte. Traditional and visual-guide page images also match the predecessor exactly. The initial failed report and the explanatory comparison are retained. WHAT IS FRESH All 12 bounded gates pass, including an actual 34-test pytest session and 43 unittest methods. The original 37,392-assertion suite, structured mirrors, exact worked examples and negative controls pass. No counts are added across overlapping tests. Publication checks verify nine PDF copies, 441 labels and aliases, 230 companion locators and 372 internal links. All 252 pages were rendered and reviewed on contact sheets, with 16 full-page close inspections. FORMAL AND HARDWARE BOUNDARY The accepted formal compilation is inherited from 6 September 2026. Its finite register covers 56/56 items under their hypotheses, with 392 theorem declarations in 40 modules and 66 separate construction audits. Four classical inputs remain separate. No new Lean/Lake compilation, CUDA execution, GPU timing, external peer review, or historical-novelty assessment is asserted. General SVD existence, numerical QR/SVD verification and canonical API identification are not supplied by the ordered-thin-SVD result. Historical benchmark provenance remains incomplete. The three wider research targets remain open: unrestricted discovery, nonlocal overlapping compilation, and architecture-specific packet communication bounds.
