## Achieved

K72–K82 have written proofs and self-review in `proofs/profinite_lifting.tex`, integrated into the cumulative source. The release has 106 PDF pages and 82 numbered theorem-ledger targets. A ledger entry is a named target or scoped result, not a claim that the broader research program is finished.

The principal result is the complete normalized-commutator test for continuous rank-two Z_p^r representations, with exact polynomial construction and sharp uniform horizon 2n-1. Higher-rank applicability requires a cyclic normalized generator. The continuous obstruction/inflation results and free pro-p lifting supply separate source-sensitive mechanisms. Mixed variance prevents treating source inflation as an unrestricted coarsening functor.

## Evidence

- All six exact suites passed and recorded matching before/after hashes.
- All 166 inherited theorem/proof blocks preserved verbatim, in order.
- Current source contains 188 such blocks.
- 137 labels, no duplicate labels or missing references.
- Final LaTeX engine log has no warnings, unresolved references, or overfull/underfull boxes.
- All 106 PDF pages rendered and contact-sheet scanned; selected new theorem and example pages inspected at larger size.
- Positive/negative certificate CLI fixtures and five malformed-input cases checked.

## Remaining

No Lean certification, independent mathematical review, or comprehensive novelty review has occurred. General profinite sources, higher-rank noncyclic strata, prescribed determinants, arithmetic local conditions, and automorphy are not settled. A compactness theorem for arbitrary-depth extension does not by itself provide a finite stopping bound in those classes.

## Next substantive attempt

Choose a noncommutative profinite presentation with an explicit relation derivative, or a higher-rank centralizer that is not generated by one cyclic matrix. Construct a complete relation obstruction and prove a sufficient repair criterion without deleting required arithmetic information.
