Chapter 83 turns decomposition relativity from a caveat into a formal part of the certificate. The central lesson is negative and positive at once. No claim of relationality is invariant under arbitrary redescription. An indiscrete merge makes the whole state local, while a secret-sharing split can make a centralized encoder look irreducibly distributed. Yet exact structural content can remain invariant under faithful coarse-graining, and gate margins can remain stable through a declared family of operationally meaningful decompositions.
