The symbolic outline proposed a coupling threshold \(\lambda_c\). A general theory must first state what is allowed to vary with \(\lambda\). A threshold may concern structural coherence, causal efficacy, relational irreducibility, or the conjunction of all certification gates. These need not occur at the same parameter value.
