84. Specification robustness, identifiability, and statistical certification

A workspace certificate is never evaluated in a vacuum. It is evaluated for a particular future variable, loss, time horizon, intervention family, null panel, threshold vector, and system decomposition. These choices determine which distinctions matter and which capacities count as successful. They are therefore part of the scientific claim rather than clerical details surrounding it.
