Tame and Wild Packet Geometry for Local Langlands

Paper XI · Komorebi P. · Operation Komorebi

Accepted publication and verification release 1.1.0, 18 October 2026.
Distribution frozen 21 October 2026, America/Chicago.

Proved paper and open program

The accepted publication contains finite packet theory, restricted arithmetic constructions, fifteen construction appendices and conditional interfaces. Conjecture 66 remains open. Four distinct obligations remain:

  1. Actual general arithmetic realization for every admitted H1–H4 datum, with the required common host, actions, supplied character values and transports.
  2. Full characterizing H5 local-factor identities for that same realized candidate.
  3. Corrected full-character occurrence in the fixed characteristic-zero rank-three Continuation113 candidate, including its required noncompact extension.
  4. Actual native lift-square bits, section products and honest phases where the stronger prescribed native contract is required.

Dimensions, conductors, a scalar/self-twist test or one factor comparison do not supply full H5 or corrected-character occurrence. The three fixed-center noncompact extensions must be distinguished. The characteristic-p rank-nine branch with two cubic stages remains separate. The stronger fixed-native task does not erase the positive transported scalar-pushout marking construction. No mathematical completion percentage replaces these task-level statuses.

Accepted formal evidence

Population Modules Catalogue names Audited owned logical declarations
Selected publication source 423 4,342 7,672
Separately repaired terminal 1 0 51
Supplied-candidate comparison 1 1 1

The accepted October 18 session compiled the selected sources and two separate targets under Lean 4.34.0-rc2 and pinned Mathlib/dependency revisions. Authenticated continuations reused successful objects from that same session, with no historical Paper XI objects seeded. This was not a cold external-dependency build. All three aggregate imports passed. Only Classical.choice, Quot.sound and propext were allowed transitive axioms; the complete owning-module audit includes private/generated logical declarations. Counts are different units, not theorem-discovery totals or blanket prose-to-Lean equivalence.

The 7,672 selected logical declarations include 6,159 theorems, 1,447 definitions and 22 each constructors, inductives and recursors. The terminal's 51 and the comparison lemma's one declaration remain separate. The terminal is a restricted tame Weil-side attachment. The comparison lemma assumes an admissible supplied candidate/reference and equal profiles in a separating factor system; it does not construct arithmetic existence or H5.

This compact release retains exact source, log, census, axiom and object-hash records. It omits compiled .olean/.ilean objects, runtime binaries and dependency caches. This freeze authenticates the recorded bindings and preserves their bytes; it does not freshly compare unavailable object binaries or rerun Lean, the axiom auditor or an independent kernel implementation.

Publication, bounded checks and history

The accepted revision has 68 main proof environments: 65 bodies unchanged from 1.0.0 and three revised. All 423 selected source files and forty inherited teaching excerpts remain exact. Six bounded suites recorded 117 passed methods; the separate historical seven-program arithmetic run is not part of that total. Neither bounded testing nor compiler checking instantiates missing arithmetic data.

The selected Henniart–Lemaire full-text interface gap was closed in the accepted release. All 29 active bibliography entries have named provenance and explicit field-level access limits. This is not a new audit of every cited theorem or application. Earlier mathematical corrections and execution failures remain in CHANGES_v1.1.0.md and FAILURES_AND_LIMITATIONS.md.

The three active readers were rebuilt from fingerprinted source in the accepted release. Its 403 raw-versus-companion-assembled pages match pixels at 96 dpi; that is assembly consistency, not a new isolated rebuild or a raw-byte equality claim. Historical v1.0.0 exact-rebuild statements remain separately dated. The two current research companions received only the documented cover paint cleanup, retaining mathematical text, page/link structure and unrelated drawings. Earlier no-fresh-Lean and inaccessible-HL11 statements in retained research companions keep their historical meanings; the accepted October 18 evidence supersedes them for current status. No PDF, TeX source, figure asset or scientific file changed in this freeze.

The full recovered v1.0.0 source-and-evidence ZIP remains byte-exact, with its 3,966-entry manifest and searchable path index. The complete Block 02 editable archive remains unrecovered. Its original 33-page reader component survives in the cumulative research PDF; this is not a recovered unified source rebuild. The original successful v0.45 terminal receipt remains absent. The accepted repaired-terminal replay is separate evidence, not a recovered historical run.

Verify, preserve and continue

Extract this single ZIP and run the unchanged Paper XI verifier with an external report path:

python3 -B tools/verify_release.py --root . --output /absolute/new/report.json

It checks complete MANIFEST.json membership, sizes/hashes, source/excerpt bindings, source-build fingerprints, reader navigation and recorded review. Its own accepted 23-outcome control receipt and original harness are preserved; those controls are not rerun. The checksum list excludes itself and the root manifest; the manifest additionally covers the list. These integrity and saved record checks do not execute compiler, science suites or PDF builders.

Read BUILD.md for scoped reproduction commands. Use a separate working copy, external output paths and the declared pinned tools/dependencies. Root README and manifest originals are retained under the dated before/ directory; every other original file remains byte-identical at its original path.

Open use

The author's open-license authorization is expressed with the series split: original software, machine-readable data/evidence and code listings use MIT; original writing, figures and editable writing sources use CC BY 4.0. Complete terms, PDF sidecars and third-party/font notices accompany this frozen wrapper. These original-project grants exclude third-party material and fonts, which retain their own terms. Earlier unassigned-license status, where present in retained historical files, is superseded for original project material. See LICENSE.md, LICENSE_STATUS.json and LICENSES/. Scientific sources and reader bytes are unchanged.

No new compiler, axiom-auditor, bounded scientific suite, control-suite, figure regeneration, TeX/PDF build, external-source audit or whole-paper proof audit occurred for this freeze. No public repository or website was published. Next sequential distribution freeze: Paper XII.
