3 Version 1.0.0 completes the selected Reviewed Core v0.2 correspondence. The accepted predecessor had 26/27; Core 3.2 was the sole remaining selected statement. The new admission is grounded in two completed cold gates and their frozen-source comparison, not in the configured theorem map alone.

5 Core 3.2 now has the exact partition evidence algebra, signature/occupancy equivalence, realization of every occupancy, an actual powerset equivalence, the exact 2^r count, an exact r-bit read/update construction, finite continuations, and the universal fixed-width lower bound. The eight-world source example and explicit failure cases are included.

7 Both runs passed 372 commands with no timeout. All 79 production objects agree. Independent source-to-proof review found the final statement proved as written.

9 No selected-core theorem remains open. The latest expanded monograph remains a separate publication recovery task: its source ZIP and matching PDF were not recovered.
