This publication set is an exposition and evidence release. It does not establish that Catalan constant is irrational.
The three historical audit files have been recovered and preserved exactly. Their default computation has been rerun, producing the same result bytes. The fresh direct comparison checks every one of 20,300 smaller-range pairs rather than only comparing maxima.
Universal recurrence identities require written arguments. External identities and denominator theorems require exact source contracts and normalization checks. Executed integer divisions and finite modular scans alone do not supply those universal statements.
A recent claimed irrationality proof and a critique are recorded separately. The project does not treat a claim in a preprint as an established conclusion. The present release has no proof assistant certification.
The failed odd-filter sign diagnostic is recorded in the computation report. It is not a refutation of the externally cited theorems.
