This immutable complete release contains:

- the 505-page cumulative manuscript through Block 23;
- the 12-page standalone Block 23 paper;
- a 71-file-manifest package-closed finite implementation;
- the separately packaged SRIC Real-LRM Pilot 0.1.0;
- all figure directories required to rebuild the cumulative manuscript;
- the standalone manuscript source, section body, and figures in their build-relative layout;
- result, certificate, chronology, build, inspection, and claim-boundary reports.

The finite semantic-witness benchmark passes all frozen gates. The third-party latent-reasoning checkpoint was not executed in the release environment; no external checkpoint finding is claimed.
