# Licensing status

No new license is selected or granted by this continuation. The release remains a candidate pending the author's explicit code and document licensing choices. Historical dependency licenses retain their own terms. A `py3-none-any` wheel tag, downloadable source, or a future intention to release open source does not identify a public license for this component.

This file is a status record, not a substitute license text. No public hosting action or rights transfer has been performed.
