This release repairs the October 9 monograph delivered in the October 11 wrapper. All 184 numbered records and 140 proof bodies in the main source remain byte-identical. The broader research conjectures remain open. REPAIRS The inherited manifest listed 73 absent font binaries. Actual builders now resolve declared external fonts and stage verified bytes privately. Fonts are not downloaded, installed or shipped. Guide§11.5 and reproduction instructions use the same policy. A strict verifier now checks complete membership, safe paths, sizes and SHA-256, with 21 passing control methods. The stale 112-page root locator record is replaced by the complete 152-page monograph map with 500 labels/aliases. CURRENT EVIDENCE verification/closeout_2026-10-20/ contains fresh source/formal reconciliation, 11 bounded computation records, PDF builds, all-page layout review, isolated page/text replay, integrity controls and a trace of inherited audit pins. The main and visual PDFs rebuild byte-identically. PDF byte identity is reported separately from extracted-text/page comparisons. All 260 pages were reviewed, with 26 pages inspected at 150 dpi. The original static dispatcher passed 54 pytest cases and 6 verifier methods. Exact symbolic, independently coded Fraction, numerical and guide checks passed. The 11 run counts overlap and have different units; they are not an independent theorem tally. All 739 original scientific source files and 3 archives remain intact. The current source tree has 740 files including the new license notice. No source artifact is missing. FORMAL AND MATHEMATICAL BOUNDARY The contract remains 33 scoped results supported by 341 targets in 47 production modules. The September 6 v0.5.0 compiler and axiom transcripts are inherited. No fresh Lean compilation occurred. The 142 broader theorem-like records and 140 written proof bodies do not enlarge that contract. Earlier ordinary-proof reviews and classical inputs retain their dated scope and stated hypotheses. This closeout is not a new whole-paper reproof, novelty audit, external peer review or authentication of every classical citation. Transfer-semigroup realization on completed state spaces, uniform refinement control and latent-packet closure for stable infinite systems remain open. Finite, bounded, common-gap, fixed-partition and finite-state results retain their restrictions. Floating residuals are not interval certificates. Scientific replay additionally needs NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, SymPy, mpmath and pytest; tested versions are in the receipt. Historical whole-file review pins are reconciled without claiming a missing old assembled file was recovered or a fresh semantic audit was performed.
